Our Purpose
The Hickory Velo Club advocates for rights of all cyclists on the road and on the trail. The HVC is dedicated to the encouragement of all aspects of bicycling.
Our Mission
The mission of the Club is to sponsor and support all levels of cycling activities; to encourage bicycling as a leisure activity, as a beneficial form of exercise, as a method of transportation, and as a sport; and to promote equal rights and land usage for all types of cycling be it road or off-road cycling in the Greater Hickory, North Carolina area.
As ambassadors of our sport, the Hickory Velo Club promotes cycling in a safe and responsible manner.
